Yard Waste Drop Off for City of Monroe residents will open on Wednesday, April 1st at the Streets Division at 1064 5th Avenue.  It will take place Monday thru Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.  There will be no attendant on site.

Yard Waste Drop Off Rules: 

1. Bags/Boxes must be emptied onto the yard waste pile and then placed into the barrels.
2. No Garbage
3. No Lumber
4. No Metal
5. No Furniture/Items Containing Freon
6. No Tires
7. No Plastic Pots or Containers
