BELLEVILLE - The Belleville Volunteer Fire Department is celebrating its 100th anniversary Saturday, June 23 at the fire station, 33 East Main St., and Library Park.
The celebration kicks off at 11 a.m. with fire truck rides and games for children, followed by a fire truck parade at 1 p.m.
There will be local fire departments battling against each other in water fights starting at 2:30 p.m. Live music from the Greenfield Brothers will start at 3 p.m., followed by music from Summer Haze at 5:30 p.m.
Food and refreshments will be available all day, as well as a beer tent which starts at 3 p.m.
