TOWN OF ADAMS — An Argyle man was seriously injured in a farm accident July 11 after his tractor slid into a utility pole, according to the Green County Sheriff’s Office.

Charles Sarbacker, 70, was operating his Ford tractor on an embankment adjacent to the road when the accident happened just before 6 p.m. in the W9600 block of County C.

He sustained severe injuries. He was taken first to Monroe Clinic, then airlifted by MedFlight helicopter to the University of Wisconsin Hospital in Madison.
