MONROE — City of Monroe residents may begin raking leaves into the gutter in windrows from Oct. 15 until the first significant snowfall at no cost.

Those with questions should contact the City of Monroe Streets Division at 608-329-2490 between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
