MONROE - The Monroe Chamber Office is now accepting registration forms and registration fees for the Monroe fall two-day city-wide garage sales.
The city-wide garage sales will be held Friday, Oct. 5 and Saturday, Oct. 6 and includes all of Monroe. The two-day sales will run from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., rain or shine.
The registration information is due by 4 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 27 to be included on the garage sale map.
To register, complete the form and submit it along with a $10 fee to the Monroe Chamber office, 1505 9th St. Registration forms are available at Monroe Pick n' Save, Monroe Piggly Wiggly, the Monroe Chamber and Industry office or online at www.monroechamber.org.
Sellers may choose five categories from the index key. The description of the categories allows all sellers to advertise their merchandise on the map. These letters represent different categories of merchandise available at each location.
All registered participants will be part of the drawing for two Monroe Money gift certificates.
A map listing of all registered sellers will be available starting Wednesday, Oct. 3.
