NEW GLARUS - Greg Engen, senior vice president for The Bank of New Glarus, was recently elected to the Board of Directors for The Bank of New Glarus and its holding company Bancorp of New Glarus, Inc.
Born and raised in New Glarus, he continues to live New Glarus along with his wife, Nan. A 25-year employee of the bank, Engen fills the vacated director position of retiring Kerwin Steffen.
"His leadership throughout these difficult economic years has been invaluable," said Gof Thomson, chairman of the board. "He brings a wealth of bank knowledge and community ties that enhances our board."
Other members of the board are Kent Dalsing, Gregg Erickson, John Ott, Jane Phillipson and Steve Schneider. The Bank of New Glarus has locations in New Glarus, Belleville, Brodhead, Juda and Monroe.
