MONROE - Emmi Roth USA of Monroe will be the "crown sponsor" for this year's Monroe Balloon and Blues Festival, to be held at the Green County Fairgrounds June 16-17. In ballooning terminology, the crown designates the very top of a hot air balloon. Monroe Balloon and Blues is presented by The Arc of Green County, a non-profit organization devoted to opportunities and advocacy for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
