MONROE - A real estate continuing education seminar, hosted by Ekum Abstract and Title and First National Bank and Trust, was held in the community room at First National Bank and Trust, Monroe. The seminar was held for Wisconsin realtors in need of continuing education credits in order to retain their licenses.
Ekum Abstract and Title and First National Bank and Trust host three seminars every other year in order to ensure that realtors can reach their credit requirements. This is the eighth year the classes were hosted in Monroe.
The instructor, Attorney Mike Tobin, has taught real estate continuing education classes for over 25 years. In 2009, he was named the Wisconsin Realtors Association Instructor of the Year and he is the local realtors' choice of the faculty offered.
