ALBANY - The Albany Historical Society will feature member Dennis Dulling at its Tuesday meeting.

Dulling came from Nebraska and lives in Albany during the summer. For the past 18 or 19 years, he has been spending winters in the South Pole area, drilling through 1 mile of ice there as part of a University of Wisconsin project.

Dulling traveled in Borneo in January and will discuss this trip at the Tuesday meeting.

It starts at 7 p.m. with a brief business meeting, followed by Dulling's presentation. The museum is located at 119 N. Water St.

The free event is open to the public.
