MONROE - The Wisconsin Department of Transportation will conduct a public meeting on future highway projects starting at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday. The first is for a pavement replacement project on the Wisconsin 11 bypass around Monroe. The project will stretch from County N just west of the city to 3,000 feet east of Hiltbrand Lane past the east side of Monroe.
