MONROE - Two administrative personnel will be switching job duties under a staff reassignment approved by the Monroe school board Monday. Dan Keyser, currently the district's director of curriculum and instruction, will become the new associate principal at Monroe Middle School. That position was reinstated for the 2014-15 school year after being eliminated for this school year due to budget concerns.
