I'm no Evel Knieval but even I love a good adrenaline rush every now and then. Luckily, Wisconsin has a great mix of indoor and outdoor activities that are guaranteed to keep your heart pounding. Let's satisfy that inner adrenaline junkie:

1. AtmosphAir Skydiving Center - Fort Atkinson

Looking for the ultimate rush? It's hard to top jumping out of a plane. And that's exactly what you can do at the AtmosphAir Skydiving Center in Fort Atkinson. Owners Bo Babovic and Alex Kolacio have more than 16,000 jumps under their belt, so you can breathe a little easier knowing you're in safe hands during your extreme adventure.

2. Commando Paintball Sports - Little Suamico

If you prefer having two feet on the ground, consider rounding up your pals for some paintball action. Wisconsin's largest paintball field, located just 20 minutes north of Green Bay, boasts three fields and numerous two-story forts. Rest assured: A trained referee is always on hand to safeguard the combat zone and prevent potentially illegal battle ploys.

3. Divepoint Scuba Center - Stevens Point

Scuba diving in Wisconsin? This is the real thing, folks. You can experience the underwater world at the Divepoint Scuba Center in Stevens Point, where there's a Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI) certified dive center. Classes are offered for beginner and advanced divers, and the trained instructors at Divepoint will help you find the best equipment, too. Once you're certified, explore the many shipwrecks found in our Great Lakes and other inland lakes throughout Wisconsin.

4. Toad's Cove BMX - La Crosse

There's a track for every skill level at Toad's Cove in La Crosse. With courses available for practice and racing events, you can be a spectator and join in on the fun if you want. They even have a new indoor course so you can feel the thrill all year round.

5. Wilderness Canyon Zip Line Canopy Tour - Wisconsin Dells

This one happens to be my personal favorite from this list. Zipliners soar through the tree tops over Lost Canyon at Wilderness Resort in the Dells and plunge on five zip lines strewn from six towers. I recommend paying a bit extra to get the helmets with the GoPro attached - the footage is pretty awesome.

Whether you consider yourself a daredevil or not, I hope to see you out discovering Wisconsin.
