MONROE - The Daughters of the American Revolution Col. Benjamin Harrison Chapter, Monroe, will meet at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6 at Monroe Clinic hospital.
Lunch may be picked up there at that time.
Following lunch, Marion Howard, Darlington, will present the program, "The Living History of a Cornish Immigrant Woman." Howard is the great-granddaughter of a Cornish immigrant who came to Lafayette County in 1853. Howard will tell stories about her Cornish heritage.
The business meeting will be held later. The meeting is open to the public.
