MONROE — A two-vehicle crash was reported at 1:03 p.m. Sept. 11 in the 300 block of 8th Street. Joshua W. Golackson, 37, Monroe, struck a westbound vehicle while attempting to turn into a business. Both vehicles sustained moderate damage and one of the vehicles had to be towed. Golackson was cited for failure to yield the right-of-way while making a left turn.
