Green County Sheriff

MONROE — Samuel J. Allard, 19, Belleville, sustained non-life threatening injuries in a one-vehicle crash reported at 7:54 p.m. June 3 in the W3400 block of Exeter Crossing Road, Town of Exeter. He was eastbound when he reported that he swerved to miss a deer. He then lost control of the vehicle. It collided with a mailbox and large rock, then overturned and came to rest. The vehicle sustained disabling damage, with airbag deployment. It was towed. Belleville EMS and the Belleville Fire Department assisted deputies on scene.


Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON — On May 24:

●  A UTV accident with injuries was reported at 7:05 p.m. on County K, Town of Darlington. Chad T. Morrissey, 32, Darlington, was southbound when he failed to negotiate a curve. His 2015 Polaris entered the ditch, overturned and came to rest on the driver’s side in a field. He sustained moderate injuries and was transported to a hospital by Green County EMS of Darlington. His passenger, Melanie A. Morrissey, 33, Darlington, declined treatment. The UTV sustained severe damage and was towed. The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and the Darlington Fire Department assisted deputies on scene.

●  Bryson F. Schilt, 26, Dickeyville, reported hitting a deer at 9:24 p.m. on U.S. 151, Town of Belmont. No injuries were reported. The 2010 Chevrolet sustained moderate damage. It was towed.
