MONROE —  Officers responded to a two-vehicle crash with injuries at 3:22 p.m. Thursday, May 30, on Wis. 69 at the Wis. 11 off-ramp to 18th Avenue. Joseph A. Ruppecht, 86, Monroe, was turning south onto 18th Avenue from the ramp when he collided with a southbound vehicle on 18th Avenue operated by a 32-year-old Belleville woman. Both drivers reported minor injuries but declined EMS transport. The vehicles sustained severe damage and were towed. Ruppecht was cited for failure to yield right-of-way at a stop sign.
