MONROE — Samantha J. Stormoen, 18, New Glarus, reported injuries but was not transported by EMS from a one-vehicle accident in the N5700 block of County J, Town of Adams, at 7:32 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 27. She was southbound when she reported that she attempted to stop for an animal that entered the road but lost control. The vehicle veered into the west ditch, continued into a cornfield and struck a tree before coming to rest. The airbags deployed. The vehicle was towed with damages. Stormoen was cited for failure to keep a vehicle under control.
