MONROE — Jasmin M. Corning, 17, Argyle, was injured in a rollover crash reported at 7:40 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15, but was not transported from the scene by EMS. She was eastbound in the W7600 block of Wis. 81, Town of Jordan, when she lost control of the vehicle while adjusting the radio. The vehicle entered the north ditch and overturned several times before coming to rest. The vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed. Corning was cited for inattentive driving.


Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON — A one-vehicle accident with no injuries was reported at 1:05 p.m. Monday, Jan. 14, on County M, Town of Wiota.

On Wednesday, Jan. 16:

●  A two-vehicle accident was reported at about 1:55 p.m. on Wis. 23 in Darlington, with the Darlington Fire Department responding to assist Darlington police with traffic control at the scene.

●  Jedediah R. Stauffacher, 38, Darlington, reported hitting a deer at 5:53 p.m. on Wis. 23, Town of Willow Springs. His 2006 Toyota sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.

●  Wendi J. Reichling, 58, Darlington, reported hitting a deer at 7:50 p.m. on Wis. 23, Town of Willow Springs. Her 2007 Honda sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.
