New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS — On Aug. 4:

•  Adam S. Austin, 32, New Glarus, was uninjured in a 3-vehicle crash at 10:39 p.m.  in the 300 block of 2nd Street. Austin collided with a legally parked vehicle and then continued and struck another legally parked vehicle. Austin was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated — (3rd offense) and cited for open intoxicants in a motor vehicle and failure to maintain control of a vehicle. One vehicle was towed from the scene. 


Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD — On Aug. 2:

•  No injuries were reported and no citations were issued in a traffic crash where a vehicle struck a house at 8:16 p.m. on the 600 block of East 4th Avenue. 


Green County Sheriff

MONROE — On Aug. 5:

•  Jason A Johnson, 38, Albany, and Scott D. Keepers, 35, Albany, were injured in a UTV crash at 1:19 a.m. in the W1700 block of County EE in Albany. Keepers was westbound operating a UTV when he lost control and the UTV overturned. Keepers and Johnson were both wearing seat belts and ejected from the UTV. Neither were wearing helmets. Johnson was transported by Albany EMS to Mercy Hospital. Keepers was injured but declined medical attention. Keepers was arrested for operating a UTV causing injury while intoxicated and cited for operating a UTV on the roadway. Keepers was transported to the Green County Jail and released after bond was posted. The Albany Fire Department assisted. 


Monroe Police

MONROE — On Aug. 6:

•  No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident at 8:08 a.m. at the intersection of 6th Street and 22nd avenue. Denis A. Selje-Dolinar, 45, Mukwonago, was traveling westbound on 6th Street when she failed to yield the right of way and struck a vehicle that was headed east on 6th street., Selje- Dolinar was cited for failure to yield the right of way from a stop sign. Selje-Dolinar was released pending court. Selje-Dolinar’s vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed.
