William C. Rouse, age 36 of Monroe, Wisconsin, died on Wednesday, March 25, 2009 at his home. He was born on August 3, 1972 in Freeport, Illinois, the son of Richard L. and Dorothy J. (Feiler) Rouse and graduated from Lena High School. William worked in food preparation and food management.
Surviving are his parents, Richard L. and Dorothy Rouse, Lena, IL; fiancee' Brenda Myers, Monroe, WI; son, Brett Rowley, Monroe, WI; daughter, Brittany Rowley, Monroe, WI; sister, Robin Montgomery, Lena, IL; and step-children, Irby Swatsell III, Katherinia Myers and Jude Myers, Monroe, WI. He was predeceased by his brother, Richard Rouse Jr. and maternal and paternal grandparents.
A Celebration of William's Life will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, March 30, 2009 at Shriner-Hager-Gohlke Funeral Home in Monroe, WI.
A memorial fund is being established in William's memory in lieu of flowers.
