Wendell A. Brunkow age 92 of Monroe, Wisconsin died Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at Harbor House in Monroe. He was born December 10, 1919 east of Twin Grove in Jefferson Township, Green County, Wisconsin the son of Frank and Lulu (Tracy) Brunkow and graduated from Juda High School. Wendell entered the U.S. Army on February 12, 1941 at Milwaukee, WI, served as an Administrator for Army Air Force Base Unit, and was discharged on December 5, 1945 at Fort Monmouth, New Jersey.
