Virginia M. Hare, 90, of Bluffton, Ind., passed away Tuesday, February 24, 2015. She was born on October 1, 1924 in Monroe, Wisconsin to the late Robert and Mabel (Ringhand) Braun. She retired from Beloit Corp. after 28 years.
