Vada M. Miller age 87, of Juda, Wisconsin died Sunday, October 7, 2012 at Pleasant View Nursing Home. She was born July 15, 1925 the daughter of Ernest & Estella (Drye) Stoehr in Cadiz Township, Green County, Wisconsin and graduated from Winslow, IL High School in 1943.
Vada married Harold H. Miller on September 19, 1943 in Clarno Township and they farmed in Juda area.
Surviving are her son, Daryl (Cindi) Miller of Monroe; daughter, Sharon (Scott) Qualley of Eagle River, WI; brother, Paul (Betty) Stoehr of Ferguson, MO; sister, Lily Bailey of Monroe, WI; grandchildren, Stuart (Sandy) Seffrood of South Wayne, WI, Geri (Butch) Whitney of Monroe, WI, Erick (Summer) Wells of Monroe, WI, Tori Miller of Appleton, WI, & Dustin Miller of Oakdale, MN; 6 great-grandchildren; and many nieces & nephews. She is predeceased by her parents; husband; daughter, Darlyne Seffrood; and sisters, Martha Rhodes, Irene Parsons, & Alice Tretter; and brother, Fred Stoehr.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, October 15, 2012 at Shriner-Hager-Gohlke Funeral Home 1455 Mansion Drive & N. 18th Avenue in Monroe with Rev. Pastor Vicki Brantmeyer officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery in Monroe, WI.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the Funeral Home.
