Tyler J. Pierce, age 20 of Juda, died on Monday, March 28, 2011. He was born on January 15, 1991 in Tomah, the son of, John and Kathleen (Klawiter) Pierce. He was a 2009 graduate of Juda High School and attending U.W. Whitewater. In high school, Tyler excelled in football, basketball and in baseball. Needless to say he loved all sports, being an avid Packer, Badger and Brewers fan. Tyler also loved being outdoors, camping, fishing and just enjoying nature.

He is survived by his parents, John and Kathleen Pierce; brother, Joshua Pierce; sister, Alycia Pierce, all of Juda; paternal grandmother, Mary Etta Pierce of Tomah; maternal grandparents, Ted and Juleen Klawiter of Andover, MN; uncles, Tim (Karla) Pierce of Camp Douglas, Mike (Terri) Klawiter of Beldenville; cousins, Jordan and Brody Pierce and Kristi and Randy Klawiter; and girl friend, Cortney Hanson. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Ronald "White" Pierce.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 1, 2011 at Noon at the Zion United Methodist Church in Juda, with Rev. Thomas Miller officiating. Burial will be in the Mount Vernon Cemetery in Juda. A visitation will be held on Thursday, from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the Shriner-Hager-Gohlke Funeral Home in Monroe. A memorial fund is being established in Tyler's

memory.
