Green County Sheriff

MONROE - A vehicle driven by Maria H. Wesle Brantmeier, 56, Monroe, collided with a deer at about 7 a.m. Monday on County J at Vogel Road in Monroe township. The vehicle received moderate damage.

A vehicle driven by William C. Sangermano, 42, Brodhead, collided with a deer at about 7:15 p.m. Monday on St. John Road at Race Road in Decatur township. The vehicle received moderate damage.

A vehicle driven by Denise J. Jones, 32, Monroe, collided with a deer at about 7:45 a.m. Tuesday on Wisconsin 81 in Monroe township. The vehicle received minor damage.

Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - One person was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 8:45 p.m. Tuesday on Deery Road in Kendall township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by John L. Corothers Muszynski, 18, Argyle, failed to negotiate a curve, left the road, went through a fence and hit an embankment. He was taken to Memorial Hospital of Lafayette County. His vehicle was towed from the scene.

No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 10:30 a.m. Tuesday on Wis. 23 in Willow Springs township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Kurt J. Crist, 24, Darlington, hit a vehicle driven by Pamela H. Hionis, 63, Mineral Point, as Hionis' vehicle was turning into a private drive.

Aaron L. Vance, Apple River, Ill., was cited for failure to have his vehicle under control, hit-and-run and failure to notify police of an accident at about 4:45 p.m. Tuesday following an investigation into a one-vehicle accident that took place Sunday on County P. Deputies report Vance's vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed when it left the road, hit an embankment and overturned. Vance left the scene of the crash.

A vehicle driven by Ryan N. Klassy, 30, Blanchardville, collided with a deer at about 10:30 p.m. Monday on Wis. 78 in Blanchard township. The vehicle received moderate damage.
