MONROE - On Friday:

• Carol J. Lockard, 24, Belleville, reported no injuries at 12:01 a.m. after she collided with a tree that had fallen into the roadway on Wisconsin 92 near Leger Road, Town of Brooklyn. The vehicle had minor damage and was driven from the scene. Belleville police assisted in moving the tree off the road.

• Barbara L. Smith, 81, Argyle, was uninjured in a one-vehicle accident at 10:03 a.m. on Zentner Road, south of Wis. 39, Town of New Glarus. She was southbound when she came upon a large amount of mud that had washed onto the roadway. She tried to drive through the mud and lost control of her vehicle, which went off the west side of the road into a ditch and then struck several small trees and bushes. The vehicle sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene. The Town of New Glarus was notified, responded to the scene and removed the mud from the road.

• Jesus Baez, 49, Rockford, was uninjured in a one-vehicle accident at 2:54 p.m. on Mount Hope Road, south of Giese Road, Town of Spring Grove, and arrested on a first-offense charge of operating while intoxicated and cited for failure to maintain control of a vehicle and for having a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration. Baez was southbound when he lost control on a curve. The vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene. Baez was released pending court.

• Molly M. Hovland, 39, Evansville, was uninjured in a deer vs. vehicle crash reported at 5:13 p.m. in the W800 block of County C, Town of Brooklyn. The vehicle sustained moderate front-end damage and was driven from the scene.

• Kristel A. Peterson, 30, Albany, was uninjured in a deer vs. vehicle crash reported at 6:32 p.m. in the N6100 block of County E, Town of Albany. The vehicle sustained moderate front-end damage and was driven from the scene.

On Saturday:

• Lisa Jean Rogers, 26, Blanchardville, was uninjured in a rollover crash reported at 8:03 a.m. in the W8700 block of Wis. 39, Town of York. Rogers was eastbound when she lost control of her vehicle and went onto the gravel shoulder, then crossed over to the north side of the road and into the ditch, where her vehicle rolled and struck a power pole and two fences. The vehicle sustained moderate overall damage and was towed. Rogers was cited for non-registration of a vehicle and for driving without vehicle insurance.

• Jerry P. Sullivan, 63, Crystal Lake, Ill., was transported by ambulance for treatment of injuries he sustained in a motorcycle crash reported at 12:12 p.m. in the W2600 block of County C, Town of Mount Pleasant. Sullivan was westbound when he lost control on a downward-sweeping sharp curve to the right. He braked and put the motorcycle on its side. The motorcycle slid across the road, then got caught in the gravel shoulder, causing it to flip and eject Sullivan. Sullivan and the motorcycle came to rest in the south ditch. He was wearing a helmet and eye protection. The motorcycle was severely damaged and towed. Albany EMS and Monticello Fire/First Response assisted deputies at the scene.

• Taylor Marie Olson, 16, Brodhead, and her passenger were uninjured in a deer vs. vehicle crash reported at 6:57 p.m. in the N4400 block of County F, Town of Decatur. Olson was northbound when a group of deer entered the roadway and one collided with her vehicle. The vehicle sustained moderate front-end damage and was driven from the scene.
