MONROE - On Friday:
- Levi J. Rundle, 21, Albany, sustained minor injuries in a one-vehicle accident reported at 5:31 a.m. in the Town of Albany. Rundle was driving westbound on County B in Rock County when he failed to stop at a stop sign. His vehicle went down an embankment in the N5000 block of Wisconsin 104 in Green County, sustaining severe front-end damage. Rundle will be cited for failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle. The Brodhead Police Department assisted at the scene.
- No injuries were reported from an accident at 2:04 p.m. in the Town of Monroe. Deputies and Monroe police responded to the scene. Investigation revealed LaShunn A. Townsend, 43, Hazel Crest, Illinois, was driving a red 2007 Freightliner semi-tractor unit westbound on Wisconsin 11 and attempting to merge onto the off ramp to West 6th Avenue when two vehicles pulled in front of the semi, causing Townsend to hit his brakes. The cargo load on the trailer contained vehicles, and Townsend's heavy braking caused one of the vehicles on the trailer to come loose and roll forward partially off the trailer. Townsend continued to drive, and the vehicle that came loose hit the semi-tractor. The trailer and cargo were towed from the scene. Townsend was warned for logbook violations and for failure to secure load. The trailer was placed out of service.
On Saturday:
- Kelsey A. Wuethrich, 26, Beloit, sustained severe injuries and was transported to an area hospital after deputies responded at 2:48 a.m. to a report of an ATV crash that occurred between Melvin Road and Wisconsin 69, Town of Clarno. Wuethrich told deputies she had been driving the ATV on private property and was trying to make a sharp turn when it overturned and landed on top of her. She reported she was not wearing a helmet or safety glasses and admitted she had been drinking prior to the crash. After submitting to field sobriety tests, she was arrested on a charge of operating while impaired, then released to ER staff. The incident remains under investigation.
- Lawrence E. White, 28, Evansville, sustained non-life threatening injuries in a one-person motorcycle crash in the W2300 block of County EE, Town of Albany. Deputies located the crash at 1:09 p.m. White was driving eastbound on County EE coming from Monticello when he lost control on a curve and went into the gravel on the side of the road. The motorcycle overturned and ejected him. He was wearing a helmet and proper riding attire at the time of the crash. He was taken by private vehicle to a hospital. Deputies determined that rider inexperience caused the crash.

- DARLINGTON - Minor injuries were reported from a one-vehicle accident at 1:29 a.m. Tuesday on Riverbend Road, Town of Wiota. Haylee Jo M. Burton, 18, South Wayne, was driving a 1998 Chevrolet when it left the road and went into the ditch. The car sustained severe damage and was towed. Rural Medical Ambulance Service, Wiota First Response and Wiota Fire assisted on scene.
- No injuries were reported from a one-vehicle accident at 12:12 p.m. Thursday in the Town of Shullsburg. Duane E. Winslow, 66, Gratiot, was driving on County P when his 1999 Chevrolet struck a tire that had come off a passing semi. The Chevrolet sustained severe damage and was towed. Shullsburg Fire, Shullsburg EMS and the Wisconsin State Patrol assisted on scene.
