DARLINGTON - On Monday, Sept. 14:
• Francis P. Hughes, 47, Blanchardville, reported no injuries at 6:43 a.m. from a deer vs. vehicle accident on Wisconsin 78, Town of Blanchard.
• Julie K. Langholf, 53, and Jeffrey L. Hageman, 56, both of Dakota, Ill., were taken by Rural Medical Ambulance to Memorial Hospital of Lafayette County for treatment of injuries they sustained in a UTV accident reported at 6:13 p.m. on the Cheese Country Trail. Langholf intentionally swerved off the trail, onto a restricted area and crashed into a large rut, causing significant injuries to both herself and Hageman, her passenger. Langholf was later flown by REACT helicopter to a Rockford hospital. The UTV was towed from the scene.
