Monroe Police MONROE - No injuries were reported from a two-vehicle accident at 7:45 a.m. Friday, Sept. 4. Flor de America Koller, 44, Monroe, was westbound on 19th Street when she collided with a southbound vehicle on 17th Avenue. Both vehicles sustained moderate damage.
