MONROE - On Wednesday:
• Deputies responded to at 9:39 a.m. for a motor vehicle crash at the Argyle interchange (intersections of Wisconsin 11/81/69) in the Town of Monroe. Franklin F. Clark, 46, Durand, Illinois, was stopped at the stop sign at the interchange when his vehicle was rear-ended by a motor vehicle driven by Kryshawna L. Komar, 28, Monticello. Komar said she was having vehicle problems; she had placed it in neutral, and then when she put it in gear it lurched forwarding into Clark's vehicle. No injuries were reported. Both vehicles had minor damage. Komar was cited for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and released pending court.
