MONROE - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Wisconsin 69 and Wyttenwyler Road. Deputies report Nathan N. Strahm, 63, Monticello, was operating a semitrailer that was carrying a piece of farm machinery traveling north on Wis. 69 when he began to turn east onto Wyttenwyler Road. As Strahm was turning, a westbound truck operated by a Jamie R. Stephenson, 33, Orfordville, was approaching the intersection. As Stephenson was passing Strahm, one of the tires of the farm equipment on the trailer made contact with the rear driver's side of the truck driven by Stephenson. There was minor damage to the tire of the farm equipment and moderate damage to the truck. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.

• Jonathan M. Wolff, 22, Monroe, was eastbound on Wis. 11/81 when a deer collided with his vehicle at about 5:45 a.m. Tuesday in the W800 block of Wis. 11/81, Town of Spring Grove. The vehicle received moderate damage and was driven from the scene.

• William R. Waters, 37, Belleville, reported colliding with a deer at about 3 p.m. Tuesday in the N9500 block of Wis. 92, Town of Exeter. The vehicle received minor vehicle damage and was driven from the scene.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Debra C. Meng, 50, Gratiot, reported striking a deer at about 6:45 a.m. Tuesday on Wisconsin 11 in Gratiot township. The vehicle received moderate damage.

• Joseph P. Lyne, 58, Shullsburg, reported striking a deer at about 8 a.m. Tuesday, on Silverthorn Road in New Diggings township. The vehicle received moderate damage.

• Leo L. Bockhop, 69, Belmont, reported striking a deer at about 5 p.m. Tuesday, the previous Monday on Powell Road in Belmont township. The vehicle received moderate damage.

• Glenn L. Lyons, 84, Stockton, Ill., reported striking a deer at about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday on Wis. 11 in Wayne township. The vehicle received moderate damage.

• Brandon L. Busch, 25, Scales Mound, Ill., reported striking a horse at about 11:45 p.m. Tuesday on County I in New Diggings. The vehicle received moderate damage.
