Monroe Police MONROE - No injuries were reported from a two-vehicle accident at 20th Avenue and 9th Street at 1:48 p.m. Tuesday. Richard M. Reese, 74, Brooklyn, collided with a vehicle driven by a 63-year-old Monroe woman. He was cited for failure to yield right-of-way at a stop sign.
