GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF

MONROE- A vehicle driven by Keith J. Schlafli, 21, Argyle, hit a deer at about 11:15 p.m. Monday on Wisconsin 81 near Rat Hollow Road in Adams township. The vehicle received moderate damage.

• A vehicle driven by Cheryl J. Northcutt, 42, Juda, hit a deer at about 7 p.m. Tuesday on County S near Wis. 11/81 in Jefferson township. The vehicle received extensive damage.

• Deputies responded to a report of a vehicle versus deer accident at about 10:30 p.m. Tuesday on Wis. 11/81 near High School Road in Jefferson township. The vehicle left the scene, where a license plate and other vehicle parts were located. The case remains under investigation.

LAFAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF

DARLINGTON - Two people were injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 7:15 p.m. Tuesday on Wis. 81 in Elk Grove township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Harold Weber, 84, Dubuque, Iowa, hit a gravity box being pulled by a tractor driven by Skylar Weigel, 15, Cuba City. Weber and Weigel sustained injuries. Weber's vehicle and the gravity box received extensive damage and were towed. Weber was cited for inattentive driving and for not wearing a seatbelt.

• One person was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 8 a.m. Tuesday on Wis. 81 in Darlington township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Bruce Andrews, 36, Darlington, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Carol Smith, 57, Shullsburg. Smith was taken to Memorial Hospital of Lafayette County by private vehicle. Andrews was cited for inattentive driving and failure to wear a seatbelt. Both vehicles received moderate damage.
