MONROE - No injuries were reported in a deer-vehicle accident at 2:47 a.m. Monday on Wisconsin 11 in the Town of Monroe. Justin D. Zarling, 35, Browntown, was nearing the intersection of Wis. 11 and Wis. 81 when a deer hit his vehicle. The vehicle received moderate damage and was driven from the scene.
- Deputies reported that a two-vehicle crash at 4:34 p.m. Monday in the parking lot of the Brodhead Veterinary Clinic, off of Wis. 11. Wendy E. Weiler, 46, Monroe, was reportedly driving eastbound in the parking lot when she was hit by a vehicle backing out of a stall driven by a subject from Beloit. The subject left before deputies arrived. Weiler's vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene. The incident remains under investigation.
- Injuries were reported from a two-vehicle accident at 7 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Jeffery Road and Melvin Road in the Town of Clarno. Adam A. Sacker, 24, Monroe, was reportedly driving eastbound on Melvin Road when he failed to stop for the stop sign. Sacker went through the intersection and was hit by a vehicle going southbound on Jeffery Road driven by Maria C. Eberle, 17, Monroe. Sacker's vehicle received moderate damage and was driven from the scene. Eberle's vehicle received severe damage, with airbag deployment. The Green County EMS transported Eberle to the Monroe Clinic Hospital for injuries she sustained in the crash. Sacker was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign, inadequate tire-tread depth, and driving with a suspended driver's license while causing injury. Sacker was released pending court.

DARLINGTON - Tiffany M. Repa, 19, Warren, Ill., reported hitting a deer at 10:15 p.m. Monday on County W in the Town of Monticello. Her vehicle received moderate damage.

NEW GLARUS - No injuries were reported during a three-vehicle accident at 1:19 p.m. May 9 at New Glarus High School. David Bump, 42, Albany, hit a legally parked vehicle belonging to Karon Wolber, New Glarus. Wolber's vehicle reportedly pushed into another legally parked vehicle belonging to Ruby Gerber, New Glarus. Bump advised his brakes were not working, which deputies report to be the factor in the crash. Both vehicles sustained moderate damage and were towed from the scene. Gerber's vehicle received minor damage and was driven from the scene.
- Deputies assisted in a two-vehicle accident at 7:57 p.m. Thursday in the 7200 block of Wis. 69. Records show that the driver fled on foot, and officials had secured a wooded area perimeter with a K-9 search team. The Green County Sheriff's Department investigated the incident.
- No injuries reported in a two-vehicle accident at 8:46 p.m. Thursday in the 400 block of 6th Avenue. Emma R. Haines, 21, New Glarus, was reportedly backing-up when she hit a legally parked vehicle.
- Deputies are investigating a hit-and-run accident at 1:52 p.m. Friday, following a report taken at 12:30 p.m. that day near the intersection of 6th Avenue/Wis. 39 and Railroad Street. Clinton D. Wilde, 82, New Glarus, was traveling south through the intersection when another vehicle started to pull out of a parking stall on 6th Avenue. The two vehicles reportedly collided and the unknown vehicle fled the scene.

Herman Feller, 76, New Glarus, was turning left onto 8th Street, when Kayla M. Grant, 19, New Glarus, reportedly overtook Feller's vehicle on the left and hit his vehicle. Grant was cited for driving a vehicle without insurance.
