MONROE - No injuries were reported at 3:18 p.m. Wednesday after Heather A. Hayden, 39, Monroe, struck the vehicle of a 40-year-old Monroe man at the intersection of 17th Street and 13th Avenue. Hayden was cited for inattentive driving. Both vehicles sustained minor to moderate damage.
