MONROE - A driver was injured at 11:38 a.m. Tuesday after Cody J. Putnam, 33, Evansville, was knocked off course by a gust of wind and struck a guardrail in the W2300 block of County C, Town of Brooklyn. Putnam was injured but declined medical attention. His vehicle sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene.
