MONROE - No injuries were reported at 6:42 a.m. Thursday after Limmone Jhounphaysane, 50, Fitchburg, entered a ditch while attempting to avoid striking a vehicle that merged in front of him in the N7700 block of Wisconsin 69, Town of New Glarus. Jhounphaysane's vehicle sustained minor damage and was driven from the scene. The other vehicle was not identified.
