DARLINGTON - No injuries were reported from a two-vehicle accident at about 6:15 p.m. Wednesday in the Village of Belmont. Deputies report Cynthia K. Peres, 46, Okeechobee, Fla., backed into a Belmont Police squad vehicle. The squad car received moderate damage and was driven from the scene. Peres was cited for unsafe backing. She posted bond and was released from the scene.
- Grant A Gilbertson, 85, Argyle, reported striking a deer at about 7:45 p.m. Wednesday on Wisconsin 81 in the Town of Argyle.
