MONROE - No injuries were reported at 6:15 p.m. Tuesday after Steven M. Heller, 54, Apple River, Illinois, struck the vehicle of Kory K. Merkel, 33, Lena, Illinois, on County MM, Town of Cadiz. Both vehicles sustained moderate damage and were driven from the scene.
