MONROE POLICE
MONROE - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 11:45 a.m. Friday at 18th Avenue and 10th Street. Police report a vehicle driven by Conrad F. Elmer, 88, Monticello, collided with a vehicle driven by Thomas J. Rufenacht, 60, Monroe. Elmer was cited for failure to yield the right of way from a parking stall.

MONROE - A vehicle driven by Dorothy E. Groth, 76, Blanchardville, collided with a deer at about 6:45 a.m. Friday on County J near Rothenbuehler Road. The vehicle received moderate damage.
