BRODHEAD POLICE

BRODHEAD - A 26-year-old Madison man was cited at 3 p.m. Thursday for committing a hit-and-run crash and driving with a revoked license in the 1000 block of 1st Center Avenue.



GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF

MONROE - On Friday:

• No injuries were reported after Jean A. Ives struck a deer in the N6200 block of Wisconsin 69.

• A driver was injured after Musica A. Perez, 18, Monticello, lost control of her vehicle in the N5800 block of County N and rolled down a concrete embankment. Perez was transported to a local hospital. Her vehicle sustained severe damage.

• A driver was injured at 11 p.m. after Drew E. Ostby, 19, Madison, lost control of his vehicle on Pioneer Road, Town of New Glarus. Ostby was transported to a local hospital. His vehicle sustained moderate damage.

On Saturday, no injuries were reported at 11:25 a.m. after Christopher P. Tadych, 24, Blanchardville, lost control of his vehicle after a tire blowout and drove through a fence in the 800 block of 14th Avenue. Tadych was cited for failing to notify police of the crash and for driving without vehicle insurance. His vehicle sustained moderate damage.



LAFAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF

DARLINGTON - A vehicle in a ditch was reported at 12:21 a.m. Saturday on East Lamont Road, Town of Lamont.
