MONROE - Two people sustained injuries but declined treatment in a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Wisconsin 92 and Glenway Road, Town of Brooklyn. Dustin A. Chapman, 31, Brooklyn, was cited at 7:47 a.m. Monday for failure to yield right of way from a stop sign after his vehicle went through a stop sign on Wis. 92 and hit a vehicle driven by Elsie M. Constantini, 37, Milton. Both subjects sustained injuries but declined medical treatment. Both vehicles received severe front-end damage and were towed from the scene.
