Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Britney M. Johnson, 22, Brodhead was uninjured in a deer vs. car crash that occurred in the N8300 block of Wisconsin 104, Town of Brooklyn, at 2:52 a.m. Wednesday. Johnson was southbound when the deer hit her vehicle. The front of the car was severely damaged and driven from the scene.

DARLINGTON - On Wednesday:

• Carol E. Welsh, 66, Shullsburg, and her two passengers were uninjured in a one-vehicle accident on Wis. 81, Darlington Township, at 12:28 p.m. Welsh was westbound when she lost control of the vehicle and went into the ditch line. The vehicle received minor damaged and was towed from the ditch.

• Two Beloit men sustained non-life-threatening injuries following a two-ATV crash on the Pecatonica State Trail, Kendall Township, at 1:51 p.m. Jason M Sornson, 37, had to brake suddenly to avoid hitting livestock on the trail and a second ATV driven by Raymond E. Jentz Jr., 39, was unable to avoid hitting the back of Sornson's ATV. Both men were ejected from the ATV's receiving injuries. Both were transported by private vehicle for medical attention.
