NEW GLARUS Police

NEW GLARUS - Nicole R. Stechschulte, 23, Argyle, reported hitting an unoccupied parked car at 7:49 p.m. June 16 in the 1000 block of 2nd Street when she was backing out of a driveway. No injuries were reported. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.

• Police assisted the Green County Sheriff's Department at 9:42 p.m. with a car versus deer accident on County NN at Wisconsin 69.

• A two-car crash was reported at 1:17 p.m. Sunday in the 600 block of 7th Avenue. Margreth Trumpi, 61, Wilmette, Ill., reportedly sideswiped a 2005 Honda Civic, registered to Madison resident Daniel Britt, with her 2008 Honda Fit. No injuries were reported.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - On Friday:

• Jed E. Keepers, 34, Albany, reported hitting a deer at 4:24 a.m. on Wis. 59 near Forest Prairie Park in the Town of Monroe. No injuries were reported. His vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.

• Robert J. Murray, 22, Brodhead reported hitting a deer at 6:50 a.m. in the W300 block of Amidon Road in the Town of Brooklyn. No injuries were reported. His vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene.
