Paust, 29, Blanchardville, was traveling west on County Y when he failed to stop for the intersection and struck the embankment. The vehicle received moderate front-end damage and was towed from the scene.
A vehicle driven by Harriet W. Klossner, 77, Monticello, collided with a deer at about 9:30 p.m. Wednesday on Wisconsin 69 at Pierce Road in the Town of Mount Pleasant. The vehicle received moderate damage and was driven from the scene.

No one was injured in a motorcycle accident at about 9 p.m. Monday at Wisconsin 59 and Monroe-Sylvester Road. Deputies report a motorcycle driven by Jeffrey A. Messer, 52, Freeport, left the road and went into a ditch on a curve in the road. Messer was thrown from the motorcycle. He was cited for failure to maintain control of a vehicle and violating a cycle permit. He was released pending court. The motorcycle received moderate damage and was towed.
Heather R. G. Hale, 19, Monroe, was arrested for driving a vehicle under the influence of an alcoholic beverage or controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding following a traffic stop at about 2:30 a.m. Sunday on Wisconsin 69 south of County P. A passenger in the vehicle, Kelsey A. Wuethrich, 18, Monroe, was arrested for possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, open intoxicants in a vehicle and underage drinking. They were released pending court.
Billy J. Koss, 29, Albany, was arrested for third-offense drunken driving with passengers under the age of 16 and also was cited for children under the age of 16 riding in the bed of a pick-up truck. He was jailed.

DARLINGTON - No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 7 a.m. Thursday on County O in Shullsburg township. Deputies report Shelby L. Dolphin, 28, Cuba City, stated she was northbound and swerved to miss a deer in the roadway. The vehicle entered the ditch and struck a tree. Dolphin then left the scene and did not report the accident. The vehicle received extensive damage and was towed from the scene. Dolphin was cited for failure to have control and failure to notify police of an accident.
Jessica T. Klein, 20, Dubuque, Iowa, reported striking a deer at about 6:15 a.m. Thursday on Wisconsin 11 in Gratiot township. The vehicle received moderate damage.
One person was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 1:30 p.m. Wednesday on Wisconsin 78 in Argyle township. Deputies report Sarah J. Rhoe, 17, Monroe, was southbound when her vehicle dropped onto the gravel shoulder, causing her to over steer. The vehicle skidded sideways and entered the ditch where it struck a concrete culvert. Rhoe was transported by Argyle EMS to Monroe Clinic. The vehicle received moderate damage and was towed from the scene. Argyle Police and Fire Departments assisted at the scene.
