Green County Sheriff
MONROE - Two people were injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 6 a.m. Monday in the W8000 block of County C in Adams township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Greg A. Obel, 38, Albany, failed to negotiate a curve, left the road, went into a ditch, went up a small embankment and rolled over. Obel and his passenger, Alana J.M. Obel, 10, Albany, sustained injuries and were taken to the Monroe Clinic by Albany Emergency Medical Services. Obel was arrested for causing injuries while under the influence with a passenger under the age of 16. He was jailed. The vehicle received extensive damage and was towed.
• A vehicle driven by Dean A. Ethridge, 38, Monroe, collided with a deer at about 5:15 a.m. Monday on County P east of Five Corner Road. The vehicle received moderate damage.

DARLINGTON - No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 1:45 p.m. Monday on County K in Darlington township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Andrew Fleischmann, 25, Eagle, swerved to avoid a deer and rolled.
• A vehicle driven by Frances Raab, 62, Nora, Ill., hit a deer at about 4:15 p.m. Monday on County W
