MONROE - Jason Robert Elmer, 34, Blanchardville, was uninjured in a deer vs. vehicle accident that occurred in the N5200 block of Wisconsin 104, Albany Township, at 4:02 a.m. Wednesday. Elmer was southbound when a deer ran into the roadway and hit his vehicle. The vehicle was moderately damaged and towed from the scene.
