MONROE - Officers responded at 10:20 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 22, to a two-vehicle collision in the intersection of West 10 1/2 Street and 4th Avenue West. Vehicles driven by Peter N. Downs, 37, Oshkosh, and Diane G. Mulcahy, 60, Monroe, collided. One person complained of minor injuries but declined medical attention. The vehicles sustained moderate damage, and one was towed.

MONROE - Virginia R. Vogel, 61, Monticello, was not injured in a deer vs. vehicle crash on Ringhand Road north of Towns Road in the Town of Sylvester reported at 6:17 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 22. The vehicle was moderately damaged. Vogel was able to drive it from the scene. The deer was not located.
