Monroe Police

MONROE - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 4 p.m. Wednesday at 18th Avenue and 10th Street. Police report a vehicle driven by Ruth R. Voight, 58, Monroe, collided with a vehicle driven by Herman E. Beutel, 64, Argyle. Voight was cited for failure to yield the right of way from a stop sign. She was released pending court. The vehicles received moderate damage.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - One person was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 10:15 p.m. Wednesday on Wisconsin 11 near County M in Cadiz township. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Amber R. Leopold, 28, South Wayne, was forced off the road by another vehicle. Leopold's vehicle went into a ditch, hit some snow and flipped onto its side. Leopold was taken to the Monroe Clinic for evaluation. The vehicle received moderate damages. The Browntown Fire Department assisted at the scene.

• No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 11:30 a.m. Wednesday on Decatur Road near County F. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Nikolaus J. Faessler, 58, Juda, left the road, went into a ditch and overturned. The vehicle received extensive damage and was towed.
