MONROE POLICE

MONROE - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 3:45 p.m. Tuesday at 12th Avenue and Second Street. Police report a vehicle driven by Kyle L. Gerber, 16, Monroe, collided with a vehicle driven by Jacqueline L. Hardegree, 46, Lena, Ill. Gerber was cited for failure to yield the right of way. The vehicles received moderate damage.

GREEN COUNTY SHERIFF

MONROE - No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at about 10:45 a.m. Tuesday on Wisconsin 81 near County N. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Mildred J. Burke, 81, Darlington, collided with a vehicle driven by Lois E. Denure, 52, Monroe. Burke was cited for failure to yield the right of way. The vehicles received extensive damage and were towed.

LAFAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF

DARLINGTON - No one was injured in a one-vehicle accident at about 6:15 p.m. Tuesday on Mitchell Hollow Road. Deputies report a vehicle driven by Cale Weitzel, 19, Belmont, left the road and overturned. Weitzel was cited for driving after suspension. The vehicle received moderate damage.

• A vehicle driven by Gilbert Meyers, 53, Darlington, hit a deer at about 4:30 a.m. Tuesday on Wis. 81 in Darlington township.

• A vehicle driven by Timothy Polkinghorn, 48, Mineral Point, hit a deer at about 7:15 a.m. Tuesday on County G in Argyle township.
